胃脹氣屬於腸胃不適症狀,大多數人都認為忍一下子就好了,因此大多不太理會,但若這是結石、胰臟發炎、腸阻塞等疾病的徵兆,這身體健康的警訊就不可不在意。

五個好習慣讓你遠離胃脹氣

  1. 吃飯細嚼慢嚥,絕對不要邊吃邊講話,因為說話中會讓空氣隨著食物進到胃裡,不知不覺讓你吃進了一頓飯量的空氣。
  2. 少嚼口香糖,因為造成脹氣的原因同一。
  3. 避開容易脹氣的食物:
    豆類、麥麩、甘藍菜、以及地瓜、蘋果、桃子、洋蔥、馬鈴薯等薯類食物,這些都屬於易產氣食物
    碳酸飲料是容易脹氣的兇手之一
    乳糖不耐症患者也要避免攝取乳製品
  4. 使用薄荷油塗抹胃部周圍可有效緩解脹氣問題。
  5. 吃飽後養成散步或站一會兒的習慣,不要馬上趴著休息或坐著,因為趴著容易壓迫到胃部,造成消化不良、胃脹氣甚至胃痛的情形。
